Housing Stabilization Case Management provides supportive services to our guests who have been newly housed through the Rapid Re-housing program. The Case Manager helps them make a strategic plan to remain stable and get connected to community resources, such as: food outlets, job opportunities, financial counseling, transportation, and healthcare.
